well, I mean like when we're having a nice little conversation in Dutch, some guy usually comes in and posts stuff like "ihflkdsflsdkfglsdk", "fwaar fwaar broow" or "wtf are you saying? SPEAK ENGLISH" stuff like that.

While it is annoying, I doubt the mods would do anything about it unless it turns ugly. Like if he starts cursing you out, or spaming the topic, that would be grounds for a warning.

well I think if you count up all the posts in the first "Het Nederlandse Topic", from the 70 pages at least 7 were spam of that kind ... though not always from the same person


but some are persistent, yes

(Sorry, my server died and had to be rebooted)

Try posting something at the start of every forein langauge topic that-

"If you don't know what we are talking about, or don't understand the laungage, don't post"

That may help stop most of the people.

That won't help, they don't read the first post, but go straight to the last page. And to post that line everytime on every page gets irritating.

Where can players find a clairified definition of "harrassment" so there will not be any more confusion about what is and is not acceptable.

Example: Hack sayed it would be silly to deleate a nation for having 'NationStatesModerater' as a national animal, then Grace said he deleated the nation for that very reason... not to mention my former nation Texakastan was deleated for pointing this out...

Actually, WorldLingo does work. It's definately the best one.
Korean: 실제적으로, WorldLingo은 일한다. 제일 것 이다.
Chinese Traditional: 實際上, WorldLingo 運作。 它是最佳一個。
Greek: Πραγματικά, Το WorldLingo λειτουργεί. Είναι καλύτερο. (This one is a direct translation. If you look, it's changed the last sentence into true Greek.)
French: En fait, WorldLingo fonctionne. Il est le meilleur.
