Why Catholic Europe would make a Good Mod:

He has the charisma needed for mods to dish out justice or coolness.
He has made over 4000 posts, and since I have known him they are helpful.

He has been a delegate and therefore knows how to deal with delegates and UN issues.
He has never been forced out fo the UN.
Some mods like him.

So, I promote this character to be a class-A forum moderator.

So do many people. Charisma is not needed in a moderator though.
He has made over 4000 posts, and since I have known him they are helpful.Post count is no a judge of postive charecter. He tends to leap to conclusions from what I have seen.
Twice I when started apolitical(don't we have enough political polls as it is) polls in General (a thing that I do quite rarely) out of curiousity and he all but accused me of spamming.

He has been a delegate and therefore knows how to deal with delegates and UN issues.
I have never seen the number of delegates drop below around 1,900 or so. THat does not mean that all of us would make good moderators
He has never been forced out fo the UN.
Most UN members have never been forced ou of the UN
Some mods like him.
Except for annoying spammers and flamers some mods like all of us.
So, I promote this character to be a class-A forum moderator.I don't think that he would be a bad moderator, but I don't think that he would be outstanding either.

Basically, he is a non-exceptional mod candidate, and I can name many people who have all of the qualities that you named (except charisma, and I will willingly debate that he has that) except name recogniton(Believe it or not there are some people who have never even heard of Goobergunchia, who is my no 1 nomination for moderator).

And Neut said twice to stop with these threads.
