Garrett the Spammer has been banned from both the library computer lab and my US History teacher's room. The only place he could be logging in is his 3rd period class: Computer Repair. Guanyu has told me that he will make sure that he gets banned from Computer Repair class.
We will end this once and for all.
Ok that one he was doing from his house, which is why the IP was different. Go ahead and ban that one, there's no reason not to.
