Is their a limit to the length of the message that can be sent via Mod Report? If so, what is it?

No limit set by the game. The only limit is your browser's default limit.

Actually, there is a limit, but I can't recall what it is. It's pretty big and has been hit.

Probably very similar to telegram limits. If you want to test it, you could probably send one of your puppets longer and longer TG's until you get an error (I did that once by mistake, cut-n-pasted too many TG's).

However, we have received reports that catalogue an entire regional page before without error.

That being said, if you can file your request in a brief form, but still provide all needed information, that is far preferred (ie: if you're reporting flaming messages, we don't need the Factbook, Top 10, Recent Events, etc.).

As far as text entry in one page, one noobish dweeb hit it with a 914 line beast that was nothing more than "ME IS DUMB" repeated over and over except for the last line where 'dumb' got chopped in mid word.

In any case, the message that was my concern got through. Much thanks to whichever mod fried those 30 multies.

Well, you can erase that note since I'm not even remotely close to even being thought of being a mod. Furru Folk and Confused States are run by the same person, as for me knowing how long that 'me is dumb' spam was, I copied it and dropped it in a word processor then used 'word count' which gave me the number of characters, words, and lines in that beast, which, btw, would take up 21 pages if printed out in 12 point type :!:
The only thing I have in common with the mods is me and Cog both use macs, he has an imac and I got an ol' G3 8)

Yes.
Quite simply, I copied the whole beast, then dropped it into AppleWorks then used the Word Count feature to tell me how long the thing was, btw, the above quote string totals 362 characters with 64 words I could also give you the number of lines, paragraphs, sections and pages but that might amount to a bit of over kill :-)
