I call you in this time of need as i am i need, or more precisly, a bit of a pickle.

Most of you here will know me as 'Trixia', as you can see this puppet is merely a means of communication with you lot :D

Yesterday i changed my password. But, as luck would have it, my computer decided that that was the time to crash on me, in mid scrren load.

And now neither my old or new PW works! And as my UN nation has my e-mail on it, i can't send for a PW reset!

So please, if anyone can help, please do.

Otherwise i fear Trixia will be lost..... :cry:

The only way you can get into Trixia is by guessing the password I'm afraid.

I know there are security issues but you'll just have to trust me on this one people. The only proof i have is that is i can't log in so Trixia will never again post, and i understand that isn't much to believe in.

Try your password again. You may have just misspelled it. As I've already said: The only thing you can do is try to guess what the password is.

I think my problem lies in the fact i misplet it when i changed it. And i have tried loads of possible typos as PW's and it only ends in :cry: and me getting locked out for another 45 mins...

When i saw this post a new spark of Joy rose up inside me Dark Terror. But as i ran to see if your idea bore fruit, i noticed i had to wait 45mins to see if it worked as i have been locked out again for trying to guees my PW to many times...

This is my UN nation. And it has my e-mail on it's settings. I took the e-mail off trixia's so i could apply for UN membership with this one see? But i'm starting to wish i never took it off...

You can't remember the original pass? Thats what you need to login to the forum...

Trixa, How about looking through your browser's cookie file, in there is one with name and passwords for each nation you have, it's possible the cookie didn't get changed before the crash.

If it didn't get changed then the old PW would still work. But it doesn't :(
