I tried submitting this resolution under the 'moral deceny' catergory, but it got reject on the grounds that it was in the wrong catergory.

For to long have the lazy lived of the taxes of the hard working! For to long have our 'jobs seekers' lived off our welfare benefits! But no more!

I propose that all nations give their 'job seekers' jobs! Now this may sounds stupid at first but hear me out.

Now as it stands any person not in employment gets dole money. What i propose is that they serve the nation as a whole (by cleaning the streets, taking away rubbish etc) for thier 'job seekers allowance'.

This way the 'job seekers' want to get jobs to have a better one than thay already have!

This way working-class people will have the moral decency they deserve.

But there is no other catergory that it can go in!

Why is there such a limited range of catergories?

And if there is a 'UN mod' (not sire what their called) can you tell me which catergory this would have to be in to pass. Thanks

This is a question pertaining to moderator actions (namely, removing inappropriate UN proposals from the proposal docket). Hence, iMove  "Moderation".

I should note that any discussion about adding new proposal categories to the United Nations is a slightly different discussion from a proposal complaint and would belong in "Technical".

I think I zapped that one yesterday (my time). If it's up there again, give me a yell.

Sorry, I mis-spoke.

I killed the proposal yesterday when I found it. However, I couldn't tell whether or not it had been re-proposed and was asking to be told if that had happened. Quite often, nations get proposals deleted and simply think "Heck, it was a good proposal despite the fact it was against the rules. Let's propose it again and see what happens".
