Excessive Posting (already a suspect name :?) started two (http://www.nationstates.net/forum/viewtopic.php?t=87410) topics (http://www.nationstates.net/forum/viewtopic.php?t=87411) with the same name and spammed them and this (http://www.nationstates.net/forum/viewtopic.php?p=1972326#1972326) with quite a few posts.
