Could a mod have a look at this please.

I was about to send a TG to one of the members of the Christian Communist Union (Constantinopolis) when I noticed that he was languishing in the Rejected Realms. Further investigation revealed that Italo Balbo has taken over the region, set a password, and ejected the previous members. I believe I'm correct in thinking this isn't allowed.

None of the region's real members appear to be logged on (this only happen about an hour ago) but I wanted to raise it because these griefers are becoming a real pain.
