Portugal founder????

After a long staying in the Portugal region, I've noticed that everyone, even the oldest nations question themselves about who is the founder of that region.
I would like someone to asnwer me this question that has been plaguing me for months...

At this point the mods said that they will not be appointing any more founders anywhen, so the point is moot.

I've already asked this in the Portugal Regional Board, I know well the older nations and no one knows....
I'm not asking to get a new founder...I'm just asking who is the founder

They have no way of finding out. That is why, when they were appointing founders, that they required two thirds of your region to support your claim.
