Why am I ejected out of the Pacific without any reason at all? That's a violation of my freedom of movement. My main nation doesn't even has the freefom to endorse whoever I want to endorse, a violation of my right to express myself. Isn't that a dictatorship?
My solution:
The so-called feeder regions are a special case, there are already restrictions (they can't pasword protect the region). I think the delegates of the feeder regions shouldn't be allowed to kick people. Otherwise any delegate of a feederregion could easily eject several thousands of nations. This is clearly a gap in the system, it should be adjusted. Why has nobody else thought of this before?

I'm not talking about the political side. I'm talking about the technical side. I thought it would be fair if the delegates in all feeder/sink regions couldn't eject nations. Same thing like in the Rejected Realms.

It's good idea, but the mods have ruled. You should read the old thread better. There will be no rule changes in this case. In hundreds of other cases yes, but this one seems to be very special :x

yes, I got to it. In fact, I agree entirely with Ballotonia on this topic. These regions are e special case.
Wel, mods, I want to illustrate something. I'm gonna proove this is a flog in your game.
Supppose I'm settling in The North Pacific, I swap some endorsments, and in less then a week I'm delegate. Turns out my life goal is to eject as many nations as possible. Then, after a while, the region will be an empty wasteland, or at least I will have spoiled the fun of some hundreds of players.
My next victim is the East Pacific. Some stupid newbies are glad to give some support, and after a while I've got myself enough endorsments to start practising my old hobby again. Another flock of nations in the dust bin. By this time I'm the subject of tens of posts on th forum, making the mods have a hard time locking them all.
When that region is exhausted, I mover further, towards the South Pacific. Again, I'm spoiling the fun of hundreds of players by ejecting nations at random. By that time my evil genius has been recognised by the game mods, they even want offer me their job, but I refuse. I've got a higher goal, to kick out [violet] and ask Max Barry for ransom.
The last victim of my evil sceme is the West Pacific, since The Pacific is already emptied by some other punk. Another week, another feeder region destroyed... Man, I love this game.. To bad it's broken... Guess I've got to start hacking into Microsoft or the FBI again.

There you go, freedom of movement. They didn't eject me, therefor I think they're nice people (for now).
I'm considering to take my previous text to NSmoderater from Hell, really think it's worth a chance, don't you think. 8)

Andwhy should this be in technical? That's for the actual technology of the game. Normally I'd say this should be moderation, except for the simple fact that threads already exist on this topic and this has already been decided upon, so it will get locked instead.
Please read through at least the first few pages of http://www.nationstates.net/forum/viewtopic.php?t=71435 (after that it gets repetive because no one likes our ruling), and then, if you still have points you want to make (that haven't been made yet), feel free to post them at the end. Please be aware though, that we are getting quite tired of repeat arguments.
