I was wondering if one of the game mods, in their infinite wisdom, can possibly change the front part of my nation's title? Something like the Overly Moralistic Money-Grubbing Corrupt Corporation of Gildorsvibe?

They can, but they're not allowed to.
Hopefully older nations will soon get the ability to have custom national titles.

No can do...at this point in time, only Mods and a few nations that exploited a security hole have custom titles. Eventually, we'd like to allow all nations of a certain size to customize their own titles, but it's not happened just yet.
