You people are kidding right? Someone asked what a good prank would be and the guy responded giving some background on what is considered a normal act in Japan. (Although abnormal in the U.S.)
People, this is an international forum. You're going to run up against culture clashes. The guy wasn't trying to offend women, he was explaining why his particular prank would be funny. At least to him. This place is becoming so PC it's getting difficult to even say hello to someone without getting slapped with a sexual lawsuit.
