Once again im just wondering about this cause im not sure how it works if i create a new nation. and make it in the un is it gonna detect that my other nation was un banned and get me deleted or will it know that i only have one un nation (this is connfusing)

As long as you only have one nation in the UN now and have not bee specifically told not to join the UN again, then you should be fine.
