The Third Reich has been spammed by it's founder. He does that every time. I am just wondering... Is this allowed? Is the founder of a region allowed to deliberately spam his region without providing reason and mod authorisation?

Maybe this is just another n00b speaking, but I thought founders had complete control over their region. They can kick out whoever they feel like, so I don't see why he couldn't also run over the message board. Now, if someone else had done that, then it would be a different story.

Actually, it´s the founders region, why shouldn´t he be allowed to spam whenever he wants?
(Excepts it causes game problems, but somehow i doubt it)

well both Violet and the Mods have said, the region belongs to the founder nad he can do with it as he pleases.
Yeah, I think this plus the last two might be closer to the truth. I believe that founders can spam, as it is their region.
