The cheat scan shows IP addresses that are not registered to any school system. As such, the ban remains.

Unfortunatley, the moderators have no proof of that, for all they know, you could be the head of a UN multi ring. I believe you of course, but its your word against the moderator's word and rules. You probably won't be getting back in..

You must create a new nation, and only use it on one IP. A new nation may join the UN again.

Personally, I think thats BS, but I guess I really don't know and its, once again, my word against the mods and we all know who wins now don't we?

I've always wondered, how can they actually tell if you're on a school network? Do they have records, or do they just ignore the .edu suffix?

Too play it safe, when posting from school, I log on as a puppet, only in the forum, and then use

"~Qaaolchoura", and usually my siggy.

Taab, Lhaozaand, Nokhcheav, Quintucket, and Acrophilia are the ones that you will most likely see me as. (To date I have not yet used Quintucket though, and Nokhcheav and Lhaozaand, only when I was a godmodding n00b)

They can use an ip lookup to find out where any specific IP is registered to. Universities tend to have their own banks of public IPs, Schools tend to use specific ISPs for access, which can be identified
