Evil Skeletons deleted?

One of the former natives of my region Island nations of Aramir, named Evil Skeletons, just got deleted. His former nation Skeleton Islands (dunno about the "s") got deleted for malicious spamming, but we wonder why his seconth nation got deleted. He just started a separatists movement from my region, and I just wondered how that would turn out to be. Could have been fun to RP.
I never saw his seconth nation flame or even bad mouthing people. He just had an IC grouch against me, but that's very normal for a separists leader, right?

Was he a repeat offender? When someone uses a puppet to break the rules, the puppet is deleted. When there's a repeat pattern, the puppet master's main nation gets that punishment as well...

Evil Skeletons was just a puppet. The nation Skeleton Islands was his main nation as I remember. I could be wrong though. I never saw his last puppet Evil Skeletons commit any offence.

Yes, he came to our region and spammed.
What's up with this guy? Just like someone who walks up to people and cusses at them for no reason.
Though I don't think we reported him, just ignored him. Probably spammed others as usual.
