I am sorry for flaiming, this isnt the first time I have done it, personnaly i dont like it when some nation goes around starting threads about how I am a noob and want my tech to be mine. I hope it wont happen again

The only spam tht I get is "Honourable Delegate, Plese Endorse the "[insert proposal here]" proposal" ten minutes after I've either already endorsed it, or explained on their thread why I will not endorse it, threads that they usually never check again.
