I like Calvin Coolidge.
For his (lack of)speeches or for his policies? :P

A little of both.
I forget: was it Coolidge or Hoover who was blamed for the depression? The double O's always throw me off.
As they said in the campaign: "Stay cool with Coolidge"

Hoover.
Coolidge saw it coming, knew there wasn't much that could be done, and didn't seek a second term.
"I choose not to run." Was his complete speech on why he didn't run. :)
'Twas Hoover blamed for the depression.
My favorite:
Reporter: I bet a friend that I can make you say three words.
Coolidge: You lose.
;)

That's great.

Thank you. Indeed, I have a history teacher who feels that it is an art to be able to explain an idea in as few words as possible. I happen to agree.

Actually, there's more too it than that. He was asked a long series of questions in an attempt to get him to use more than three words in an answer. "You lose" was what he said at the end of the contest.
Those wacky presidents!
Coolidge was a genius, in that case. 8)

A little of both.
Coolidge had policies?

One time Coolidge was asked as vice president to make a speech for the laying of a cone rstone in some important building.
He looked at the ground and said "That's a mighty fine fishing worm."

Coolidge once pressed all the buttons on his desk just to see what they would do, leading to alarms going of and Secret Service agents rushing in.

I would make a comment, except that I have decided to keep my political beliefs to myself in NS outside of my issues and to an extent the UN.
That is hilarious though.

Certainly not to Cooledge  .
Yes, to Hack, good play to be promoted, seem like a fair enough judge for the game.
