The United Socialist States of Big Spammer has been spamming the civil HQ regions by placing a HUGE block of nothing to bump messages. I assume that he/she is hitting the return key several times and then lodging the messages. I have seen this just minutes ago in the Pacific and in the Rejected Realms. I reported the incident on the getting help page.
