The People's Republic of Larry Land is a tiny, pleasant nation, notable for its absence of drug laws. Its hard-nosed, intelligent population of 5 million have some civil rights, but not too many, enjoy the freedom to spend their money however they like, to a point, and take part in free and open elections, although not too often.

The small government is mainly concerned with Law & Order, although Commerce and Defence are on the agenda. The average income tax rate is 14%, but much higher for the wealthy. A substantial private sector is led by the Trout Farming industry, followed by Gambling and Book Publishing.

Crime is a problem. Larry Land's national animal is the Dead Rotting Fetus and its currency is the finger of the poor.

I believe that he's pointing out the offensive national motto, currency, and animal.

We also frown upon the use of puppets to do this sort of thing. Repeated use of puppets to commit rule violations will result in action taken against the puppet master.
