No, really, the is a nation called ILL BREAK YOUR FACE that has been region-hopping for the sole purpose of flaming regional message boards. He has flamed, at the very least, The Final Fantasy Fanatics, Africa, USSR, and Europe. I believe him to be a puppet of Pappabear_10, perhaps an IP scan?
If you can,I suggest taking screenshots of the flaming or spamming
This should be reported by the getting help page in the FAQ and a game mod will look at it.
Oh yeah, I've had some run ins with that character before. He was known to have multi UN nations and was deleted before for flaming the region of Africa.
