19 hours ago, the nation Imperial Scythia got deleted. His former nation, Sythia, was deleted for crashing violations, but he has not greifed, or even crashed, since the creation of the new nation. Why did he cease to exist?

I would guess spamming since he sent nasty telegrams to people that stopped some of his invasions, but that's just a guess.
