Members of the region "The Alliance of REAL DRINKERS" are shifting in and out of different regions, and posting recruitment crap on the regional message boards. It doesn't bother me all that much really, but I am sure some regions that use their boards for trade or whatever might object. I am unsure if this constitutes a violation of any kind, but I thought someone might want to warn them.
