What happened to the New Middle East? Is this acceptable?
Hello, we are the former New Middle East. What happened to our nation? We logged on today to find we had been anihilated. We have been active over the past few days. :shock:
We have reason to believe that this is a case of anti-semitism against a Jewish nation.
We call on admin to correct this mistake and restore our nation exactly how it was before it was callously destroyed. We expect to be returned to the Eretz Yisrael region today.
If not, we shall report this incident, and do what we can to make these events known.
However, we hope not to be forced into doing this.
We simply want answers as to why our nation was exterminated. We also want our nation back.

What is flamebaiting?
Did you log into your nation using any other computers? Did someone else log into their nation using your computer? If there was a UN nation involved you would have been classified as a UN multi.

I do not know why you were deleted. However, I can pretty much guarentee that it was not due to anti-semitism. I do not believe that I have ever heard an anti-semitic comment or seen an anti-semitic action by any NS official.
Actually, for that matter I don't think I have have ever heard a racist comment or seen a racist action by any NS official. All of our dislike and annoyance is directed towards flamers and greifers.

The__new_middle_east, I've been playing this game for a while (though often through puppets, hence the low post count), and I've never encountered anti-semitism from the mods (and yes, I am Jewish and have never hid that fact). In fact, I have generally found the mods to be helpful and considerate to all players who were not breaking the rules. From what you've said, I've seen no evidence that religion even factored in their decision, upon what do you base your claims?
We base this on numerous threats made to us by another nation, which we ignored.
To be honest, I blame anti-semitism because we (sorry, were) an openly Jewish nation, and I can't see any other reason for our anihilation.
Well, if the threats weren't from a moderator, I doubt that the moderators can be accused of being anti-semitic. The worst that you might be able to claim is that the other nation was, in which case I recommend that you send a message to the moderators through the getting help page detailing what you think happend (including the name of the nation threatening you if you think that they were the cause of your deletion).
There are many reasons that a nation might be deleted, most of them would be the players fault. The moderators don't seem to be petty and seem to enjoy a very low rate of false positives.
I think we deserve an explanation as to why we were deleted in the first place, with no warning.
That is what is really getting to me, and is what raised my suspicions.
I am waiting for this explanation, to see if it is related to these threats. Then we shall see.
Very few deleted nations get warning that they're about to be deleted.
All deletions of nations are logged, and any mod who made deletions of nations for anti-semetic reasons would (I expect) very quickly find him/herself an ex-mod.

I apologize, I had the wrong Nation name. As I previously stated, there was no "new middle east." However there was a "the new middle east". The New Middle East was deleted last night/this morning for ignoring a warning to quit spamming regional boards.

No, we wont bother. We played as The New Middle East for quite some time. We do not want to start again.
We followed the rules last time.
We didn't realise that things worked like this.
If we can't play as we were, we may as well not bother at all.

You were given a warning not to long ago concerning spamming of regional boards. And yet you had to go break the rules again.
Then you come and blame the Mods for being anti-semitists because you broke the rules and had your nation deleted for doing so.
