By posting it in the moderator's forum, it's there to see for everyone, so the getting help page will not be filled will hundreds of the same messages. That's the whole idea of these griefing threads. It's not a public accusation, I post them as neutral as possible.

By posting it in the moderator's forum, it's there to see for everyone, so the getting help page will not be filled will hundreds of the same messages. That's the whole idea of these griefing threads. It's not a public accusation, I post them as neutral as possible.
I don't think there will ever be hundreds of the same messages posted regarding one region ever. I seriosly doubt that it ever hits more than ten and that is in an extreme case.
Besides, there were defenders in that region. They decided to split and head for Oxford. Now, why did they do that.
Defending against suspected multies is a waste of manpower. Anyway, I'm just a reporter, not a strategist :P
The big idea about posting it here, is that eventually people will learn that there are bad guys out there :twisted:

Abandonware was at 5-2 for a long time in favor of the defense (over a day). Oxford was a bigger battle, and after quite a build-up it was at 17-15 in favor of the defense. Suddenly 9 invader UN nations moved from Oxford to Abandonware (with timing a UN Multi would have) and made it 4-8 in that region. After one defender moved back to Abandonware, it became clear the manpower was not at hand to shift enough forces back to Abandonware to save it AND keep Oxford safe (after all, the suspected UN Multi could easily move back again!).
So, Mod Report(s) were filed, and all we can do now is wait. If the wait will be as long as the Mod tasklist, that should be about 6 days. So, expect a couple more regions to get nuked unless this issue gets bumped up in the queue.
BTW, I do not appreciate the way you made it sound as if what happened was somehow the fault of the defenders. Blame the (suspected) UN multi.

It wasn't meant to sound that it was the fault of the defenders. What I meant was that the defenders probably left the region because they had some other agenda and therfore that region wasn't important anymore. That makes this filing even more unimportant in my eyes.
And Corinthe answered my question with telling me about the mulites.
Now, writing is easy to read. It is however hard to see how the other person looks like when he writes it. So I do understand that I you can have missunderstood what I meant.

Yes the whole frankos spain inncident in the pacific was a big headline.
Corthine is just trying to help this region out, as well as a dozen more that I have seen in this forum in the past week.

I am sorry Kandarin. I can admit to that The Pacific certainly has the biggest total of modfiling (I say that even though I don't have any sort of access or knowledge about that). I am pretty sure there are nations out there right now printing new ones. But The Pacific is out of the loop in this one. Reason is that the Moderators has decided to let Francos Spain and his henchlings to slide because they are deemed legit. Everything they do seems to be alright. Therefore they don't match in this discussion.
If you want to you and I can discuss this matter on the brra HQ but I do think this thread is more or less dead.
There are still far more nations in Oxford than usual. We usually have between 20 & 30, but in the last two days we've suddenly gone up to 56. I suppose it's possible that there has been a sudden influx recently, but several of them have names I recognise as being previous griefers, or that imply they are. There's also been some movement between us and Abadonware in the last hour or so. Could a mod or two keep an eye on these for us, please?
Note also that there has been some minor spamming of the regional board. Including a faitly amusing argument that those responsible are 'colonisers' not griefers. :roll:

Your place is being invaded at this very moment. The defenders are still winning. Endorse your Delegate if haven't done so yet. There are about 20 defenders at the moment, just don't get nerveous. :wink:
