Mabye they should delete in all the other forums too.......
The Mods should start to delete old threads in the NS, II, UN, and so on forums, like the General forum. NS would run mcuh faster. I don't see why they delete just in the General forum and not the others.
They have deleted threads in the other forum...remember that whole historical bump thing?
They do it less often in the others because they contain RP historical value,and general just gets more posts.
Numbers: 1501 pages of threads in NS forum
735 pages of threads in II forum
237 pages of threads in UN
202 pages of threads in Technical
65 pages of threads in Moderation
368 pages of threads in General
16 pages of threads in NS 2
5 pages of threads in Jennifer Government

Volcanoe is a club right? Well thats not really anything to do with nations...I'm not sure about RPs in general that actually relate to nations,I guess they do have historical value,but most of those could probably be done in the Nationstates or II forums

you know what is sad? They keep all the threads that die before 10 pages, but delete the ongoing threads. I have a little problem with that.
If the thread is active, and it has previous threads (due to the cap), keep them around so someone can look through them if they need to find out what the current threads are talking about.
But if we do that we'll get more flamers and people who hate us there.

Of those 1500 pages, how many threads reach the cap of 65 pages?
And if there were not regular purges of General, how many threads would have 65+ pages?
Mabye you should make the page cap different for the other forums. Like 100 for the NS fourm.

Good point Neut, but you are all missing mine somewhat.
I'm saying in the General, delete all the threads who die at under 10 pages. There are way too many of those, and anyway, less people would get angry at the mods.
