Target practice. I did that myself a couple of times, it's a good way of training up a non-UN member. Full partipation, but like firing blanks. But of course, I have only ever taken part in legal defensive operations. ;)

As a (former) native of this region I'm glad to see that there are people out there keeping an eye on this sort of thing - its just a shame that there a folks out there who feel the need to do this sort of pathetic thing.
