Dear Mr. Monitor:
I am a high school teacher who is using NationStates as part of my curriculum. My nation Pellion was recently booted out of the UN because I had put both of my Nations in there for purposes of my class (I split my 5 classes between two regions). Is there anyway you could see fit to allow Pellion back in? Also, I have another challenge: some of my students do not have internet at home, and therefore no e-mail.
I want all of my students to be able to join the UN. I have no problem with them using my school e-mail address (@sdhc.k12.fl.us), but then you will think that all of these nations are the same person! HELP!! Any ideas? I think that the UN is so important for the students as it allows them to participate in government. Any assistance you can provide to this matter is appreciated.
Before I go, let me say that I have received 99% positive feedback from parents with regard to this game. My students, who formerly did not care about real-world politics, are discussing current events with their parents, researching political issues, and discussing them in class.
Thank you so much. You are to be commended for your game!!
Ms. C.
