Is it illegal to insult someone's entire region? Because I get this a lot. Example:

I don't think it's illegal, but as with any game you will get jackasses out there, so basically just take whatever they say with a grain of salt. In other words..ignore it, because it isn't worth getting angry about.

My region gets no end of flak, just by being there. A lot of people seem to think that the RR and everyone in it are there for their mocking pleasure. We're not. And I don't think we should have to just take it anymore.

All right, our dialogue before those messages:

I asked you why you vocally supported FS, given the stuff he's done.

You responded with a message saying that it was none of my business.

I responded with a message saying that the fact that FS has sent so many people my way makes it my business.

You sent me the telegram at the top of this thread, insulting my home region.

Fair request not to have the peeps and the purpose of your region insulted. That said, man I have seen your region and peeps insulted since the creation of the region, so if this is going to apply to the muppet guy, it might should this point splash over to others who refer to the region.

Well, that is just for TMs I guess. I guess there may be only slightly different rules for TMs then Forum posts, since TMs take the time to go to just one person, where forum posts are part of a discussion.

Errr, to say it differently. I don;t know, but perhaps it would be appropriate to allow people to talk bad about your natives in the forum, since they are just talking, tho it would be wrong to send you a TM saying this as it would not be talking, but taunting.

Isn't this stuff just part of the game?

It's weird to send it in TM to the delegate of said region, but if someone were to write on a board / forum that (for example) Holland was a region filled with evil nations plotting to take over the world, crushing innocents under their leather boots, wouldn't that just be propaganda? (not the truth, ofcourse. Ok, maybe. ;) )
