It seems to me the Mod Queue is getting longer (at least response times on problems filed is still many days), so it might be time once again to think which other Forum Moderators would make good Game Moderators in the future. What's your opinion?

In the poll I left out [mantle] as well as the two newest forum mods, Cogitation and Stephistan.

I voted Hack. He is perhaps one of the best mods on NS and should defintely be made a game mod in my opinion.

Cogitation and Stephistan weren't listed either, and aren't you 'newer' than them as a Forum Mod anyway? And you're not even a full Forum mod yet, 'just' a forum mod for technical!

My suggestion would be to achieve full forum mod status first, then work your way up (perhaps becoming senior forum moderator as an intermediate step) to Game Mod. After that, only Senior Game Mod will separate you from the holy grail of Forum Admin. :)

And then... you can write a book on how you managed all that, describing in detail your experiences in NationStates. You can even promote said book by starting an on-line game! This game will simulate players being Tech Modlings slowly working their way up the Mod chain, while all the time denying their true goals of the ultimate power of adminhood. The favorite thread in the technical forum for that game will be "Who's behind the mask?", some possible answers being Barney the Purple Dinosaur, the secret lovechild of Elvis Presley and Audrey Hepburn, and Waldo. Ofcourse I will bother you in that game too, pointing out things I regard to be either security holes or flaws in game mechanics. :D
