Can someone please tell me if this is a reportable telegram? Nothing I telegrammed them (from my main nation) was offensive or rude in any way, so it was unprovoked. It has actually really upset me and I'm just wondering if it qualifies as flaming or should be reported...thank you if you can help me out.

I'd be upset too. Don't blame you a bit. If it was unprovoked there isn't any reason for someone to be sending you crap like that. I'd report them.

sounds like a legitimate flame report to me,

It should be reported, but deletion should not be in the head of the mods unless this nation continues to do it. So, report it, others might have the same problem with that specific nation.

first off don't delete the message. second copy and paste it to the help telegram section, leave it on your messages intill a mod looks into the message on your message board, then wait for an answer.

This belongs in Moderation.

Sorry about that. Have noted for future reference. I ended up filing a report from the victimized nation on the Getting Help page after all. I was hesitant about even starting a thread to ask, but would rather do that than unnecessarily crowd up the Help requests. ;-)

One more thing, though...this is obviously not the first time I've received random needless flaming telegrams, but I usually let them slide. Would the mods prefer them all reported, or does that get tedious?

Sorry to bother you again. I have reported this on the Getting Help page but would appreciate it if someone would look into it as soon as possible. This nation and his puppet have now spammed my inbox with flaming death wishes and I would appreciate it if he could be stopped before he upsets me even more. :-(

I'm sorry I keep posting here but this guy now has 5 nations in that region, and has created a nation called Pope Hope Death (I don't think that needs to be censored).

He continues to spam me and it is most upsetting. And now I have to go to a Dentist Appt! Grr... :cry:

I wouldn't worry about keeping his name out of your posts, if hes created an easy-to-find greifing region to spite you.

If he spams you, report. There's nothing to stop you from reporting it to the "higher authorities".

I wonder if this guy is in cahoots with the one(s) bugging the hell outa me. At one point I had at least two regions dedicated to flaming me, and probably something on the order of at least a dozen "puppets." It is quite bother some, especially when they start spamming your TG box. Why can't people just grow up and get a life?

To the mods: I am attempting to keep the offensive telegrams in my inbox but I think that a couple have been knocked out already. I just deleted as many new telegrams as I could spare to attempt to save the others.

I'm sorry to keep posting here but this continues every time this guy/guys log in. Please help me...this is ruining my normally very enjoyable NationStates experience and has actually upset me pretty badly. :-(

I made the mistake of tging Pirate Land telling him to quit spamming me or he would face action from the mods. I think he's trying to get at me with the suicide thing because awhile ago a really nice kid from our region (Azadi) actually did commit suicide. Not for sure why they keep doing this to me really, but I won't tg them back anymore. I never said anything mean back to him, but it seems he won't stop. He's also spamming other members of my region and flaming all over the place about me.

Hi. I'm also of Nasicournia and have received a couple of flames from pirate land. However I have actually deleted them.

But, I am not the only one in Nasicournia who's received flames from these guys.

Can something be done about this? It's really destroying NationStates for a number of us.

I have read the other threads on this forum and I know that the Getting Help page is really backed up. I hope that all of those who have done things on their own recently to help me don't get in trouble for their actions. It's just that this has gotten rampantly out of control and has become more than just an annoyance. Their were native Nasicournians in Death to Pope Hope when that happened and they didn't know what was going on. They telegrammed me saying they had placed spies in the region, etc. Also, I'm fairly certain that all of the natives there belonged to Pirate land OR Pirate land and one of his RL friends (Joesphs Knights). Because the Getting Help page is backed up and the Mods have many things to attend to, I'm not going to file any more complaints (unless something particularly horrible is sent to me or happens). For the record, though, because I am so worried about the evidence getting cleared out of my inbox (thanks so much for the 15 telegram upgrade), I'm going to post the flames I receive here, so the Mods know this is an ongoing problem. This message was sent from Josephs Knights, even from the Rejected Realms. Pirate land has not signed in yet. I'm sure I'll hear from him as soon as he does.

Josephs Knights, Pope Hope Death, and Pirate Land were all indeed the same player, and have been deleted for aggravated flaming/spamming.

Many, many thanks to Neut for your help. I'm fairly certain at least The Robot was his too but hopefully I won't hear from any of them anymore.

Sorry about the screen stretching thing Cog. I'll remember that for future reference.
