I was warned to stop something I was doing under a different name, well I stopped, so I hope that means I won't get deleted again.

Well he say's he's been warned, and he's already been DEATed once, so, yeah, I'd say two or three more screw-ups and that nation is through.
Don't know about the IP ban though.
