I personally think an IP ban would be in order for the dozens of Beeker clones. they constitute not only harassment but possibly stalking.

Behind you all the way, Beeker. I serve no trouble to the mods, I never really violate rules, but they are just as susceptible to abuses of power as you and I.

It seems others can't post without you jumping down his throat. Stop harrassing them, and we wont have a problem will we?

Or maybe it's that even after having Beeker deleted you haven't ceased flaming/griefing other players?

Oh, and the clone of Spitting Monkey Brains wasnt griefing? And your flame post towards him wasnt deleted by Karma?

Beeker, I'm frankly quite tired of you believing you are above the law...you show it time and again. I have no patience left to play this little game of yours. Shape up, or you're gone. End of story.

Lol, as crappy and annoying as that is, it's kinda cool sounding. Like, "Beeker, the Infamous Outlaw of NS!"

Sorry, that probably sounded ridicuouls.

Maybe, but if he's not careful, he'll be the ex-outlaw, and I for one, don't want that. Don't egg him on, he gets all waspish and either maltreats a passing sheep or posts something he shouldn't. I can see the boyo outlaw now, galloping past on a marino sheep, with a bandanna over his finely chiseled Welsh face, shouting obcenities to a posse of mods and probably waving his celtic arse at them.

Beeker, if you feel uncomfortable in the General forum, why not try one of the many other excellent aspects of the game? You could RP, get involved in interregional politics, or maybe even be a region-crasher.

This is getting ridiculous now...It seems I can't even post now without three or four glory hunting Mods jumping down my throat...stop harrassing me...or am I just another feather in your cap...delete Beeker and become infamous...very mature of you...this is a form of griefing you are partaking in you know...

Wow. You don’t take the time to read a lot of your posts, do you? Really, not trying to type anything against you, but you are pretty negative against the mods. Moreover, you don’t just post issues with individual mods, this is not the first thread or post I have seen from you against some ambiguous body of mods.

As well, in another thread, you have already admitted that you flamed with Beeker, but where simply angry that others who you consider flamers weren’t also deleted.

Now, as to this one issue, just because your paranoid doesn’t mean they aren’t out to give you. Moreover, I am not trying to imply that you have not been dealt with unfairly. But you have been a member of this game far long enough to know that if you want to accuse a mod of acting out of turn, you post evidence of links or quotes, and not just a complaint with no specifics to back anything up. So, if you have had issue with the mods, you should provide more then simply a complaint.

Or maybe it's that even after having Beeker deleted you haven't ceased flaming/griefing other players?

There are 70,000 nations playing this game...I am just one nation...while I am flattered that you seem to want to pay me special attention...I am getting a little sick of this 'Beeker love'

If you broke the rules, they should examine you closely to be sure that you adhere to the rules. Trust, when broken, must be earned. To identify it, even as a half joke as “Beeker-Love” is ignorant of you part in the deal.

Look through even just this thread, and the evidence seems clear Beeker. You are enjoying egging them on, inflating your ego by taunting them. There is nothing wrong with having an ego, so I am again not trying to insult you. I just want to point out that if your thrill is to bed down rattle snakes you might get bitten, and not just on the nose. SO, be careful, and I would suggest you both examine your intent as well as the fullness of your posts.

Beeker, yes, why not totally change the way you play the game? Go to the Unofficial NationStates Region Directory (http://www.nationstates.net/forum/viewtopic.php?t=76636), pick a place that might match your politics or game interests, move there, be nice, play the game. Or give your region a direction. Become Delegate and play a part in the UN, if you can obey the rules. Join an alliance and do some intrigue, fight in a war, whatever. Make a change.

This is crazy, beeker is being harrassed, there is no rule about making a puppet with an uncomplimentary name is there?

Why should we all "Play the game" the same way as you?

Pablo almost never leaves General and has a good feeling for that forum, Pablo has a very high tolerance for what y'all may call spam, but Spitting Monkey Brains does nothing but spam and flame and grief.

but when Beeker reacted he got deleted, when beeks reacts he gets threatened with deleteion, but when others react... silence

is SMB a mod puppet setting up Beeker???

SMB does pretty much the same thing Beeker used to do...and creating a puppet to harass another player is against the rules...

Yeah, but just creating it is not.

He didn't merely create it, he posted with it. Important difference.

SMB does pretty much the same thing Beeker used to do...

Don't compare me to him...now look who is being insulting?

I have more creative talent in what I flush down the toilet than he will ever post in his life...not a flame...a fact 8)

Flame or fact? Debatable.

Beeker, just forget about SMB; you'll be much better off that way. Trust me.

Okay, I'm normally a nice guy, but as a NationStates Moderator, it's time to lay down the law.

Everyone who joins here for the first time is expected to try to learn the rules and learn what is acceptable and what is not. Those who make mistakes are granted some leeway to learn from their mistakes and change their behavior for the better. This leeway is a one-grant-only deal. As players exhaust this leeway, players are issued official warnings telling them what they did wrong and telling them to correct their behavior. After a while (or after several mistakes), players are expected to know what the rules are and to remain in compliance with them. Those who persist in breaking the rules after that will have their nations deleted with greater and greater frequency.

Beeker, you have a long history of flaming and other rule breaking, longer even than the time I've been personally active on the NS forums (from what I've been given to understand). Your leeway has been completely exhausted. Your case has been discussed by multiple moderators. If your behavior does not drastically improve for the better, you will have your current puppet deleted. You will stop all flaming and griefing. If you post so much as even a spark, you will be IP banned.

Is this understood?

This has been discussed with three other Game Mods.

By the way, what you quoted, above, contained an error that I have since corrected. Namely, Beeker will not be granted any more simple deletions. The next violation results in immediate IP ban.

Hang on a minute here?

Just what exactly have I been warned for now?

Please post a link?

You are saying it is my last chance when I have been fine?

This is in response to all of your violations to date since you first joined NationStates months ago up to now, including the SMB clone incident earlier.

You must be on your absolute best behavior. Understood?

Thank you. It seems fair to ask an experienced player to follow the rules. I respect you quite a bit, and appreciate moderator action on this.

It has become an issue that affects all forum players, as we have all had to deal with this issue for a while.

I hope, honestly, the player shows his better side and this slips into a non-issue.
