I got a wierd TG that said, " Laws have been enacted to bring The Theocracy of Quinntonia into compliance with the UN "" resolution." It was sent by "The Complaince Ministry." Aslo, it looked to me as if the "" part meant that there was some kind of mess up. I did experience some trouble with NS yesterday, so could this be a part of this.

I had the same problem. There are threads in the UN forum and in tech on this.

Quinntonia, you know you're begging to be officially warned, right? :P
