For the record, if a delegate pass-protects a region he HAS to tell native countries who ask what that password is right?

He doesn't have to, but it would be the nice thing to do.

No, if an INVADER delegate pass-protects a region, s/he must tell the natives. Natives are only determined at the time of invasion. Thus, as in The Pacific, during "peacetime" there is no decleration of natives nor of invaders.

I thought passwords weren't allowed on feeder regions. :P

Or you just didnt read that post correctly...the example was applying only to the decleration of 'natives' and 'invaders'...

The funny part of this topic was split off to here (http://www.nationstates.net/forum/viewtopic.php?t=77040).

This topic shall remain for serious discussion of passwords.
