could someone please post the url where i can find the difference between griefing and spamming?
or could someone explain it?

Spamming is a form of griefing. Sort of like prejudice and racism, the system you mention.
I mean this in that there are several types of prejudice, this is greifing. I broad catagory with many types and methods. Then there is racism, or spamming. These are singular examples of ways to grief, though are very pacific.
Spamming is what you think it is, frying up a block of spam and making us watch you eat it. no, that's not it. Spamming is using a script to send TMs to a large body of nations. Spamming is hogging a regional board for no other reason then to cut communication or to be an attention whore. Spamming is also going from region to region and posting a singluar post just to annoy.
Clearer at least?
