I am curious once again about what would happen if...

If someone created a nation called "The n00b mocker" or something, waited 'til he was pretty big (ie. Not a n00b anymore), and then proceeded to send, "HAHA n00b!" to every newest registered user he found.

What would happen to him?

It would be deleted for griefing.
