All i did was say i would like to have a talk with him in pet's coffee shop thread, and then he starts trying to kiss me and saying that i care about him, and getting people to telegram me about how much he loves me, then he telegrams me saying. "go away you bad ass b#~ch" the nerve! he approached me in the first place. please give him a warning.
Word to the wise.
Anyone who spends time in social threads on the general board probably wants to cyber you.

Spam telegrams or abusive telegrams should be reported to the Getting Help (http://www.nationstates.net/cgi-bin/index.cgi/page=help) page. Game Moderators can look in your telegram box, so please don't delete those telegrams.
There is a backlog of "Getting Help" reports, so there will be a week's delay before a Game Mod can get to your telegram problem.
I will take a look into male18's forum posts.
