This should be reported via the geting help page of the FAQ,and dont delete the telegram until the mods have seen it as evidence

NuMetal is correct.
Do not delete that telegram for a week; Game Moderators can look into your telegram box, but there is a backlog of reports that the Game Moderators have to go through. It will take some time for them to get to you.
