Hey guys. Right jow, I'm on a school network.
If there are others on NS that belong to the UN, will it show up as the same IP address? I mean, there's literally 10,000+ people that go to my college. Does anyone have any clue or would I have to check with my school for that info?
I'm not exactly sure, but I think another nation recently had that problem and they worked it out with the admin. But I could be wrong.

I heard the same thing. That's actually why I'm asking.
Same IP addresses are not allowed as UN member, period.

Not to be irritating, but I don't think that IP adresses are the only method used to determine UN multies.

You're right. Email addresses are another method. I'm sure there are more, but I can't figure them out.

In the FAQ, I think it says there are 4 methods, but I don't know if it mentions them. IP and email are 2.

I know, but there are more than enough computers on my school, to take over a Pacific region every day, if we only had access to them all. SalusaSecondus says it's a secret what more methods are used. Ofcours it's next to IP check also e-mail and login times verification.

Generally we don't have problems with school networks. As a general principle though, if the cheat scan picks someone up on the IP address check, we will double check to see if the IP is a .edu or not. If it is an .edu, we will refrain from a UN ejection unless there is additional evidence linking multiple nations.

What about .ac.uk, the British equivalent of .edu?
