How do i conatct a MOD, an enemy of mine tried to take over my region, The Province , by having more than one of his nations in the UN, I kicked him out in time and banned all his nations, but he is continuly trying to get into the region and last time he was in the region he spamed us. Usually I wouldn't get all worked up about somthing like this but he is an emeny which makes the fact that he has more tham one nation in the UN unacceptable, Anyway his nation name is <deleted> well one of them anyway.
