banned from a region?

Why am I banned from a region I 've been in for months, why are all the other members being banned, and how is it a new group of people can be allowed to move in and take it over?
The region is cheese, and the more recent message posts in the region explain what is going on... this does not seem right...

Looks to me like some upstarts are trying to grief the nation. There's currently only three nations left, which appears to be the invaders. File a report via the Getting Help (http://www.nationstates.net/cgi-bin/index.cgi/page=help) page, and the GM's will look into it.

Thanks. It is when things like this happen that make me lose interest in a game. It was just plain mean of them to do that.

Indeed. Moreover, it is also illegal for them to do that. Should I be accurate in my (brief) analysis, you can probably expect some of those nations to be "Ex-Nation"s before too long...
