Yes, it's technically a rule violation. That's true. He cleared some racist stuff that Fasci di Gierra posted. Note Fasci is the nation that griefed 000 earlier. It's still a violation, but there's no need for a crusade here.
If you feel you were wronged by this happening, I suggest you at least explain how you were wronged. At most this warrants a reminder to Evisian (the new elected delegate of 000, BTW) not to clear the board, not even if a griefer continues to harrass a region. Fasci's been told to leave, and won't. Something tells me Fasci will get a trip to the RR as soon as Evisian logs back in though.

the matter is that the mod don't give a shit why he clean the board, i receve an advertissement for that.
in the past i don't remmeber this game are so moderated, now we can't do anything whithout a report. if i report all the thing i see, i will make 5 screenshoots by day.
i ask to moderator to explain clearly the rules about clenning board.
