I really want to become a GAME MODERATOR so I started helping in the technical forum like crazy! But I still can't become a mod! Can someone please tell me whay?

You may have just killed any chances of such a thing happening by posting that, but it's because it takes time, and they decide by themselves and stuff. It's not an automatic thing, nor does it happen to just anybody who tries to be helpful.
so I started helping in the technical forum like crazy!

Moderators are only appointed when new Mods are needed. This is a rare event. When this occurs, new Moderators are always started as Forum Mods. In the similarly rare event that new Game Mods are needed, existing Forum Mods are promoted.
Read Kanadarin's thoughtful comment. The other two comments, while funny, have just a twinge of old hat bitterness in it when encoutering someone doe-eyed.
Your enthusiasim is great, keep it up. When you are here long enough you might have a chance at betting promoited as it were. You need to be rarther old-school, and they have to be in need of a mod at the time for that to happen tho.
Basically, speaking as a mod myself, it's a case of "don't call us, we'll call you". If you're "helping out like crazy", that's great, but it's not just an automatic thing. Having only 21 posts says to me that you'd need to be around for a bit longer, too.
