Edit: Perhaps I should explain a bit more. This guy comes to Europe every day or so, and this is going on since August 23rd (see link to Tora Bora thread). He is flooding the regional HQ on a daily basis, spamming telegram inboxes, posting abuse, threatening etc.

Some of the nations he has used were already deleted, but he seems to have dozens of them.

He hasn't responded to any attempts to settle the situation. Have a look at the samples above, they speak for themselves. I can post the links to the complete files these samples were cut out from, and I have more of this stuff on my other computer, in case it is needed.

also, for those that are curious, the group behind fedayin and mujahadeen have sleeper cells in probably every region, they are there in the event a region is pass protected, there were at least 6 that we know of in europe

It would be nice to receive some kind of reply from a game mod. This thing is affecting several regions and repeats itself over and over again. It would be fantastico if something could be done about it. (Like having this guy IP banned by an admin)

This has been going on for too long. [violet] needs to IP ban this guy, and if neccessary ban his ISP's router.

i emailed [violet] the contents of the telegram he sent me, if thats not IP ban worthy, i dont know what is
