Blue Moon has been spammed by Telak. I have also filed a report through the getting help page. He insists that he will carry on doing it even if deleted so please can you help.
On further showing this guy has spammed 11 other regions at least. Including the default ones such as Pacific. This loser needs to be dealt with and soon.
