Region About To Self-Delete Due To Griefing

New Java Scotia

000 has been invaded and badly griefed. ALL nations, native and otherwise have been ejected and banned. 000 is password-locked. The region has been left completely empty, and will self-delete at the next update.

Could a moderator please step in and prevent this from happening?

My puppet nation has been moved to the region. Any more information concerning who was involved in the griefing would be appreciated, since Russian Tsars spammed the regional board and happenings.

The delegate was Fasci di Gierra, and hence the only nation even capable of doing that (I did not witness it happening).

See the XML feed (http://www.nationstates.net/cgi-bin/regiondata.cgi/region=000) where you can see he's still listed as the delegate. (and there is no founder)

Mod reports were filed yesterday because at that time Fasci di Gierra was already violating the rules (banning natives, passlocking the region without handing out the password), and after informing him of the rules, I went to bed. I wake up to an empty 000.

Look for the Mod Report filed by Pierre Auguste Renoir.

Note the 'five day mark'. All nations after that were recent additions. Please note this nationlist does not include a bunch of nations kicked out earlier on by Fasci di Gierra or invaders who left when they were no longer needed (see earlier Mod Report).

EDIT: kept misspelling Fasci's name throughout...

The ban list and pword have also been cleared, and I'm investigating.

The thread http://www.nationstates.net/forum/viewtopic.php?t=73335 contains further information about the griefing in 000.

Thank you for your quick action!

As I said in my forum post (and "getting help" submission), I'd thought that members of the Bing and Air Strip One were targeting either my home region or an ally's region, so I've been watching them pretty closely for about a week now.

Initially, MoonSun (puppet nation of INGS0C, founder of Air Strip One) slipped into 000 two nights ago, having either a friend or puppet nation, SpyOne, spam the 000 "regional events" clear to hide his entry. MoonSun then got himself appointed "recruitment officer" for 000 and began filtering in his Air Strip One buddies. Shortly afterwards, the nation, Alty, passworded the region, and "ejected" MoonSun and a couple other of the crashers. I believe Alty was a sleeper nation for Air Strip One, an unknown spy who, as far as I can tell, slipped in awhile before all the invaders slipped in.

Hours after Alty became the delegate, Facsi de Guerre became delegate, and allowed MoonSun and another Air Strip One affiliate, Pilmoor, back in, as well as some others, then passworded the region, and refused to give the password out to the natives, claiming on the message board to have "forgotten the password". He then ejected 7 to 10 native nations who had enough endorsements to threaten his delegacy.

As far as I was able to determine, the nations involved in the invasion, on behalf of Air Strip One and/or The Bing (they have so many nations, puppets, and multis that it's difficult to figure out whom belongs to which region) are: Biohazardous Material, Fasci di Gierra, Grounds, Kabaty, Mizuumi Omoideno, The Piranahs, MoonSun, Vbeir, Tatting, Pocketpc, SpyOne, and Alty. I'm sure there were more, but I'm fairly positive about those ones.

I have been in contact with two or three natives throughout the intital invasion, and so can vouch for the fact that Death's plaything (AKA Garrison II), Pierre Augustus Renoire, and Rebeccania are natives to 000. There are certainly more, but I couldn't begin to name everyone.

As of yesterday afternoon, when I left for work, Fasci de Guerra had taken the delegacy and was booting natives and withholding the password. I was working with Death's Plaything and Pierre Augustus Renoire to attempt to weasel the password out of Fasci, so we could bring in my UN allies to assist in retaking the region and giving it back to the natives. When I got home late last night, and logged in, I found myself in the Rejected Realms, and banned from 000. Russian Tzars had spammed the "regional events" and message board clear, and Fasci de Guerra had ejected and banned everyone, and pass-protected the region, locking everyone out, and leaving the region to self-delete at the next update. As far as I can tell, all this happened roughly about half an hour before I got home and logged in.

Much of my information has come from what I've witnessed and discovered for myself by keeping an eye on Air Force One's message boards, offsite forums, and trying to track their movements. A very small amount is conjecture, based on observation of Air Strip One and The Bing.

I'm sorry to ramble on so much. I hope this information is helpful to you. Thank you again for stepping in and stopping 000 from self-deleting. I know I'm grateful that you got here in time, and I'm sure the natives will be as well when they log in and see what's been going on.

Thank you, and if I can be of further assistance, or if you have more questions or need clarification on anything, please let me know.
