The "Satan Awards" thing was pretty obnoxious, and Satan should have realized this. Still, you could argue that his purpose was not to spam the boards, but to put up a poll for every category. Unless he was warned (and saw the warning), or was guilty of some other offense, I'd give him another chance if he apologizes and promises not to do it again.
