The following regions have been spammed in recent hours:
Canada
The United States
The Carrabean
Mexico
There may be others as well, but I didn't bother checking. It's all been done by the same player, or group of players. I've filed a mod report, and I feel that this action calls for an IP ban of the offending player or players.

Not only this, but it should be known by all that we telegrammed the delegates of the regions we entered with a copy of all of the regional talk before we entered the region, so it would not be lost by our presence in the region.]

This whole scenario of miagrating geese is really funny. Doesn't anyone have a sense of humor? Hey, if you don't like it, you can always RP pulling out your rifles, placing a few decoys and blasting them out of the sky. Calling in mods in such a situation seems wayyyyyyyyyyyyyy out of proportion.
