Confirmed. The Republic of SpyOne spammed the regional happenings of "000" (three zeroes).

I am really sorry I won't do it again. I hope you can forgive me. It really won't happen again. I was experimenting to see what happens if you move to a region a lot of times but now that I know it will not happen again.

At the same time, if not before, he was in 0000 doing the same, but here he only moved between 000 and 0000 a couple times. Wonder what he was really up to. Certainly not to cover up movement in 0000.

Filling up the Regional Happenings ticker in a very short space of time, such as a few minutes, by repeatedly moving to the same region or moving between regions, is spam. I have experienced this myself on numerous occasions, on one occasion it was part of a griefing invasion. Whoever does this can hardly plead ignorance to the fact that they are spamming.
